Based on a cream sherry  (75%  Palomino Fino and 25% Pedro Ximenez), with the addition of six botanicals. Smooth, velvety, and slightly sweet with a slight bitter finish. Delicious! Drink chilled on its own, with soda and a twist, or in cocktails.
