Cowgirl Creamery

These artisan-made organic California cheeses have a cult following for a reason. The MT Tam is their most popular cheese, named for the the Northern California landmark: the majestic Mt. Tamalpais. Made from Straus Family Dairy’s fresh organic milk, this elegant triple cream was their first foray into aged cheeses. The St. Pat is their spring seasonal cheese, with a distinctive green rind. Made with organic milk from John Taverna's Chileno Valley Jersey Dairy, these rich, creamy wheels are wrapped in wild nettle leaves harvested by Fresh Run Farm in Bolinas. This Italian cows' milk cheese is no beauty queen, but it makes up for it in flavor. Aged eight months to develop its mellow golden hue and nutty, uniquely sweet flavor, it has a hint of sharpness and is somewhat like cheddar in style.

Tome Fleur Verte Chevrefeuille

Coated with edible herbs and studded with pink peppercorns, the bright outside of this French goat cheese nicely contrasts with the semi-soft, alabaster-white paste. It is creamy, smooth, mild and lemony, with notes of white pepper and the clean flavor of tarragon.
